Xiamen Bestlink factory design and produce the BTON500 and BTON200 pneunatic buttong bits grinding machine.
A full spares back-up service is also available. Also produce the grinding pins/cups, available with a choice of Hemispherical, Ballistic Semi Ballistic, Paraboloid or Conical pins, in sizes 6mm to 25mm.
Other sizes available on request.

BTON 500 semiautomatic button bit grinder have quickly established themselves as dependable and versatile machines, credited by the professionals and CE approved. Our Air Grinders require a clean and dry air supply of a minimum 80 psi and 29 cfm passing through an in-line oiler to supply lubrication to the grinder. Also, a supply of water from a mains supply or a sump is required to act as a coolant
During the grinding process.

PREVENTION MEASURES AND INSTRUSTIONS FOR MACHINES OPERATORS
BEFORE USE:
Check that the machine is stable and that the grinder is correctly and tightly fitted to the machine.
Check the integrity of the guards protecting parts in motion.

DURING USE:
Report immediately any inappropriate functioning or dangerous situations;
The operator's position needs to be such as not to be in contact with the parts in movement;
Do not remove or modify protection devices;
Do not intervene on mobile parts during the functioning of the machine;
Do not get distracted.

AFTER USE:
Correctly position the machine without leaving the tool suspended;
Carry out the review and maintenance operations needed to reuse the machine with the power supply disconnected;
In the maintenance operations comply with the indications of this manual;
Clean the machine.
